Our standard end of tenancy clean is usually the last step before completing a move-out or the first step before a move-in. Our tenancy clean leaves a house sparkling for its new occupants.

Our standard Move In/ End tenancy Cleaning service includes


Washing and polishing all work surfaces. Cleaning inside all cupboards and drawers. Removing and disposing of all old food stuff, carrier bags etc. Cleaning sink and taps and removing lime scale and polishing where required. Degreasing, cleaning and polishing wall tiles and eradicating mould growth. Cleaning the oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as cleaning the exterior and polishing any external chrome. Cleaning and removing grime from the extractor fan. Cleaning and defrosting the refrigerator, removing all grime, mildew and food deposits ( but leaving it switched on). Cleaning the washing machine inside and out, including cleaning the rubber on the door, the soap drawers and the filters.Cleaning the dishwasher inside and out. Cleaning the exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster. Cleaning the microwave inside and out. Cleaning the inside and outside of the bins.


De-scaling, cleaning and polishing the shower screen. Degreasing, cleaning and polishing wall tiles and eradicating mould growth. Cleaning, descaling, drying and polishing the bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings. De-scaling and brushing clean the toilet, including cleaning the seat. Removing all soap and shampoo etc. Cleaning and polishing mirrors and washing and sanitising the floors.

General Dusting

Dusting around light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and bannisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators. Moving all light furniture vacuuming the carpets. Dusting skirting boards behind furniture. Lifting mattresses and vacuuming underneath. Washing all other floors using the correct type of cleaning materials. Cleaning all glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) window cleaner and cleaning windows internally, including wiping down windows sills. Cleaning all doors and top of doors and polishing door handles. Clearing any rubbish (newspapers and magazines etc) from drawers and shelves and storing telephone directories neatly. Vacuuming upholstery vacuumed, including lifting cushions and cleaning underneath. Carefully wiping dust from all wooden furniture. Cleaning the living room rug.


Cleaning all bedroom furniture/storage units inside and out and cleaning bedroom carpets.
