Given the current unprecedented situation around COVID-19, we have reviewed our cleaning protocols and procedures following guidelines provided by Health New Zealand, WorkSafe, and experts such as the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Over the last few weeks, we developed specialised deep-cleaning service for this specific time, acquiring SM Bure ULV Fogging Machines to provide you with one of the most complete deep cleaning services in New Zealand. Our high-level sanitation process against viruses and bacteria is ideal for healthcare facilities, as well as non-health care premises such as offices, public venues or essential service facilities at risk of being contaminated with the virus. Our deep cleaning service can disinfect areas or buildings that had direct contact with an infected person.

Our standard residential service includes

Lounge / Living areas

Dusting and wiping surfaces and furniture, tidying, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors.

Kitchen

Hygienically cleaning your cupboards, worktops, sink area, appliances, floors and furniture to a professional standard, including outside ovens and microwaves.

Bathroom

Thoroughly washing and disinfecting your bathroom including the toilet, sink, shower, bath, countertops, and mirrors.

Bedroom

Dusting and cleaning all surfaces: headboards, dressing areas and window sills.

Hygienz Deep Cleaning guidelines:

All staff will arrive wearing the adequate PPE and equipment.

Before cleaning, we will make sure all smoke alarms are deactivated during application.

The disinfection process will cover all surfaces, walls, floors and desks, chairs and other points of contact.

Our personnel will then wipe down all surfaces with microfiber cloths to ensure deep cleaning and product removal.

We will then reactivate all the smoke alarms.

After each visit, we will send you a full report along with images for before and after.
