1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of HygieNZ Limited's website and cleaning services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. HygieNZ Limited is registered in New Zealand ("HygieNZ", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Our services

HygieNZ provides professional cleaning services including commercial, residential, medical, construction, post-builder, office, restaurant, bar, vinyl floor, laser, and end of tenancy cleaning. The scope of each service is agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in your quote or service agreement.

3. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are obligation-free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was quoted.

4. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon your acceptance of a quote or service agreement. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service value.

5. Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. HygieNZ reserves the right to reschedule or decline a job if site conditions are unsafe, access is not available, or the scope has changed materially from what was quoted.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply where dissatisfaction arises from pre-existing conditions, damage not caused by us, or changes requested after service commencement.

7. Liability

HygieNZ will take all reasonable care while performing services on your property. Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. Payment

Payment is due as specified in your invoice. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees. HygieNZ reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the HygieNZ website including text, images, and branding is owned by HygieNZ Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
