- How long does an end-of-tenancy clean take?
- A standard two-bedroom apartment typically takes three to four hours. A three to four bedroom house may take five to seven hours depending on condition. HygieNZ provides a fixed-price quote based on the size and condition of the property so you know the cost and timeframe upfront before we start.
- Will an end-of-tenancy clean guarantee I get my bond back?
- HygieNZ cleans to the standard required by the Residential Tenancies Act and New Zealand property management expectations. While we cannot guarantee landlord decisions, our end-of-tenancy cleans are thorough enough that most clients receive their full bond back. If a property manager identifies a missed item within 24 hours of our clean, we return to re-clean that area at no charge.
